2008 Workoutlog: Swimming

Day 2 swimming.  about 30 minutes again and did 2000 yards/40 laps.  Felt good, although the muscles inside my inner thigh just above my knee is REALLY sore.  I don’t know if I’ve just over stretched it, as I’ve been really trying to stretch more.  More likely it is just related to the fact I’m using muscles in a way that I haven’t used in many years.

So, it felt really good.  I felt good and I actually feel a bit tired from all this.  Wow.  This is kind of exciting finding something new to do and enjoy.
